Introduction

Upper Brushy Creek Water Control and Improvement District (the "District") is responsible for operation and maintenance of flood control structures within the Upper Brushy Creek watershed in the Brazos River Basin. It is the local sponsor of 23 dams scattered throughout the watershed in Williamson County, Texas. Most of the dams are located around the cities of Round Rock, Leander, Cedar Park and Hutto.

Bid Proposal must be submitted on the forms in the Contract Documents purchased from the Owner. Bid Proposal cannot be submitted on Proposal forms downloaded from the Owner’s Website.
